"I went in and ordered a latte, the store only had one other customer. I waited for approximately 10 minutes and still no latte, I walked back to the counter where the employee was on their cell phone. When I asked the status she looked at me confused, so I explained that I ordered a latte. Evidently the other employee forgot about my order. Communication is important in any workplace!!"
