"I went to eat with my family and the moment I entered the store I needed help to know what the service was like since it was my first time entering that place, after seeing customers enter, I got the move and asked for an ice cream the girl did not want to speak in another language and how she did not understand me even though I was speaking English. She gave me a double-scoop ice cream and I wanted the one-scoop, after that seeing she gave me the ice cream, but the ice cream was sticking out of the cup and when I left the store it began to melt quickly. Bad staff, changed or train them to give a nice and healthy costumer service."
