"DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!! Head over to 13th St instead! It is very clearly understood why the first Avenue branch is always empty, lunch and dinner bowls as well as midday we're by many restaurants are packed even at 3 PM.RE: SO CALLED PROVLAIMED MANAGER JUNIORCE,Remains comfortably seated on cell phone entire time and doesn't even stand up to greet a patron, Even regulars.Ordered shrimp dinner with Thai iced tea and sticky rice. He brought me the iced tea half filled. I asked for no milk in it and he filled it only just a tad above halfway for the first time in over 20 years I've been going to the 13th St. branch and being I moved last year, I've been coming here. No waiter has ever brought me a glass that was not completely filled just because I didn't ask for milk. He refused to fillet even a bit more for me and was going to charge me full price for half glass! I told him to take it back. He Grabbed it.Did not bring me water till I asked for a straw or ice and he knows I'd like my water with ice and a straw because I've been in there many times. And if he doesn't, he doesn't belong in any management position if he doesn't get to learn his customers and therefore provide appropriate and cordial customer care.3 After the chef brought me my food I asked him for a glass of water refilled since the proclaimed manager did not come around. He was still busy and personal cell phone and wanted to sit down all time in the empty restaurant even though we had me as a customer the ONLY customer.I asked a young waitress lady for my check and wrote a note in back of the check addressed to the owner stating why I was not going to tip. She was delightful and said she would be sure the owner gets it. She went towards the register and this self proclaimed manager grabbed it looked at it for just a few seconds and ripped it up. I asked her if she gave it to him and she nervously Told me that she did not give it to him and that he grabbed it from her hands and I saw him do it. I just wanted to be sure and to hear it from her.I called before closing time to ask for the name of the manager and this book claimed the manager said he was the manager! I had a feeling he was going to get on the phone but was hoping not. He told me the owner never ever comes to the restaurant and that it would therefore be impossible for me to speak to the owner to report him. He then hung up on me like a coward After I told him I'm sure the owner comes in regularly to check on his business operation and that He is not speaking to a moron. He replied, I am speaking to a moron and he hung up.. I called back to ask if we were rudely disconnected. He hung up on me again.Stay clear of this horrible dungeon because of this horrible, uneducated, uncultured, unprofessional, lol life of a moron. And he is he is, shame shame shame on the owner! Shame on him or her for keeping somebody like this on staff And rips up complaints about himself so that it doesn't get to you. That is THEFT. . Fire hi.He obviously has a problem with women... He argued with the sweetest elderly lady a few months ago who asked for a different glass because the wine she ordered didn't taste right. He argued with her. She sweetly said maybe it's the glass can you just give me wine and a different glass and he refused. If he's not terminated I will be sure you get more negative reviews and they will hurt your business because of your zero accountability and responsibility for not showing up on the premises. This so called proclaimed manager, Juniorce Is 100% responsible for this negative review based on his attitude, actions, unprofessionalism, and unfitness to be a manager in any company of any industry. What a joke."

"4.5 stars. Reviews for this place are all over the board so I 'm not sure what 's going on. We went on a Saturday for dinner and there were only about 10 people there. My wife ordered the pad Thai and was not impressed. I tried it and it was fairly light on flavor. The noodles were also cut, maybe 1 inch long, instead of served in the traditional way. All the tables also had forks and you had to ask for chopsticks, which seemed odd. We were the only ones using chopsticks. I ordered the pad See lew and it was the most flavorful pad See lew I 've had. It was also spicy, which took me off guard. We had the satay appetizer, which was great. Cooked well and flavorful. We also ended up ordering the mango sticky rice and it was the best I 've ever had. The service for us was fine, as expected. The cost before tax and tip (no drinks) was $55. The couple next to us said their food was good as well. I know this place is fairly new and maybe they are still finding their groove with their operations based on previous reviews. This place does feel like a mom and pop place, but they had 3 people working front of house and 1 or 2 in the kitchen. I suspect they may be trying to adjust the food and approach for the typical clientele in Denver, but they don 't need to. I will go back because honestly this is some of the best Thai food in Denver."
