"Best Indian food in the area, some of the best I had everywhere! We have taken so many people here: vegetarians, vegans, some homemade meats and potatoes that never had Indians. Everybody loves the food from here. Butter Huhn is my personal favorite if you need a recommendation!"

"this restaurant offers many delicious options for omnivores, vegetarians and vegans, so there is always something for someone. Dishes are authentic Indian dishes and are quite large, but somewhat expensive. I would suggest sharing if possible. reis is well seasoned (heavy on the cilantro,) and very long grain basmati. if there is an article to order his pakora, crushed and fried vegetables. I can testify that it is better than the pakora I had in delhi!"

"Best Indian on west side. My husband and I get take out from Flavors of India on a regular basis probably once or twice a month. Their chicken Makhani is beyond delicious. I often joke with my husband that if I was going to be executed for some reason, this dish would be on the menu for my last meal! They have wonderful naan, great samosas and everything we've tried here has been fantastic. I have dined at several Indian places around town, including The Mad Greek (which has half an Indian menu) and others on the east side. We feel this is certainly competitive. We have frequented this restaurant since it was Kashmir Palace many years ago and despite ownership and name changes, the food remains consistently good. The only complaint we have about the ownership change (which may have since changed again) is that we experienced a problem once a few months back when our order was not made as we requested. We got all the way back home (to the farthest point west in Westlake) with the take out meal we ordered and found it was inedible because it was not made as we ordered. Since we had a one year old and it was getting late, we couldn't just jump back in car and drive back to North Olmsted that night. So we called to complain and were told our entrees would be free the next time we ordered take out and just to ask for him by name. A couple weeks later we called to get our free make up meal but they told us the gentleman no longer worked there. They offered to only give us 10% off our meals. Well, we didn't pay for just 10% of the ruined meal the time before we paid for 100% of it and it should have been made 100% right. When we protested, the entrees were given to us for free but certainly not happily and certainly with a sharpness of tone and a side of sarcasm. That incident upset us so much, since we've been regulars here for years, that it kept us away for over two months and we seriously considered never returning again. My husband was prepared to never go back. Ultimately we decided to give them another try since that was the first bad experience we'd ever had there. We have not experienced any problems like that again (aside from two times having to wait at least 15 minutes for take out when we showed up at the time they told us). You should gather from this review that even with a hiccup or two, we still go back despite those issues because the food is just THAT GOOD. We can't imagine life without Flavors of India's food, so we continue to go back often. Don't get me wrong if the bad experiences started to become a repeating thing, we'd stop going here for sure. But for what has been at least seven years of great experiences, we didn't want to let one or two small issues keep us away. Prepare to be wowed with truly great Indian food."

"Delicious, fresh, buffet style dining. Food is changed out on the buffet, frequently. They bring fresh, hot naan directly to your table right after they take it out of the oven. Galub Jamun is delicious, as always. I only wish they would bring back the handmade cream of mushroom soup!"

"I have been to this restaurant twice and their biryani is truly exceptional. Additionally, we also tried their lunch buffet which offered a wide variety of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The desserts were also very delicious."

"Went for. the first time for an early Mother's day date with my Mom. The food was excellent. The service was great and friendly. We went during lunchtime on a weekday, so it was more laid back. The only issue I had was the receipt had different prices than what I saw on the menu. For example the menu said $36 forlamp chop tandoori, but I was charged $45. I should have mentioned it, that is on me, but I didn't want to ruin the experience for my mom who was unable to see the prices do to cataracts. (I was paying for the meals. It ended up being $95 for two people at lunch time. We both had water to drink, so that is quite steep. For two meals and two shared desserts. Just be aware."

"After eating amazing Indian food on Bainbridge Island, I ordered from here hoping for a similar experience. With a 4.7/5 reviews, I had high expectations. I did read some reviews about the Chicken Tikka being dry and that is exactly what I got. So disappointing. I was hoping the reviews were wrong. It is so dry and chewy that it just isn't edible. I hate to throw it out but it is that horrible. In the trash it goes I have never had dry Chicken Tikka in my life. I didn't think it was possible with this method of cooking. Maybe other items are good but the Chicken Tikka is awful. Don't waste your money. I think they should take it off the menu unless they can learn to cook it correctly."
