"Made an order and paid online. I requested ranch which I knew was extra so I brought cash to pay for that. After handing the young man the cash for the ranch, he said my payment was cancelled. Confused he asked someone for help and she said, yes I cancelled your payment. Just pay for the pizza and ranch on your card . I asked if the payment was refunded and she said yes, then had me run my card again for the pizza plus ranch. It declined because the payment wasn 't refunded. She then said it would take 3-4 days for the cancelled payment to go back to my card. I 'm not sure why the payment needed to be cancelled in the first place as I already paid for my order and paid cash for the ranch. I ended up leaving the order there and going somewhere else, no resolution was offered. If I only had that $27 left in my accounts my kids wouldn 't have eaten that night due to her cancelling my payment. Please train your staff better. We usually enjoy this place, but are hesitant to come back. Still waiting on the refund to show up in our bank account."
