"I received coupons for this restaurant, so I drove there only to find the lobby closed. I had to use the drive-thru, which was in poor condition and difficult to hear the employees. They kept asking me to wait, so I waited for about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the coupon had expired after 15 minutes and the employees were unhelpful. I ended up having to pay for my food out of pocket. Additionally, the card reader was not functioning properly. Overall, I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant."
