"Last night I stopped in Augusta and dined at Southbound at 8:30. It was my first visit to the Augusta region. We started with nachos as an appetizer for the table, which were good. However, my pork sandwich came out very quickly, so I didn't get to eat much of the nachos. The sandwich was delicious. My wife ordered 10 wings, which she found to be small but very tasty. Our daughter had the ribs and enjoyed them. The iced tea was perfect, but unfortunately the kitchen ran out at 9:00, so no refills were available. Overall, we enjoyed the live music, the location on the river, good food, and great service (thanks to Amiya who waited on us). We would definitely go back again! The restaurant is very conveniently located near our hotel (Crown Plaza) and next to the ballpark in a beautiful area."
