"Birthday First time at LEGOLAND celebrating my 5 year old son’s b day . Poor customer service. Rushed us to seat at in the farthest corner of the restaurant. Not fun, long walk to get food and there were several other closer tables. Food not great, wish the host welcomed us with a joyful spirit. Asked for a badge for my son, turned her head and said we only have birthday badges. Then started to talk to patrons behind us. Felt very rushed and there wasn’t even a long line behind us. No birthday badge, I felt like I was bothering her. The host just ruined our morning, I can deal with the food, but don’t treat us like cows and think we don’t notice. It put our whole family in a foul mood. Not a great way to start the morning. Take a few seconds to take to us and listen. We never got the birthday badge bc she just rushed us. It’s our first time there, we were on a 3 day trip. Myself and husband had to sacrifice a lot work schedules etc, to bring my son for LEGOLAND b day weekend. My son didn’t have an official b day due to Covid. He was turning five. Customer service would have made a huge difference in our day."
