"Picked up dinner on Thursday at the 288/South Fwy location. After waiting in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes, we checked to see if we had all of the food, we did and left. When we arrived home, the chicken tenders were overcooked, dark, hard, and crunchy.Burgers were overcooked and on the wrong bun, onions were not grilled, one burger had excessive amounts of mayo. We called thenight manager, took him a bit to come on the line, he requested that we send him pictures of the food. We did. He asked if wecould come back before 9 pm to bring the food back. We explained we were 20 minutes away and couldn 't make it before 9 pm. Hesaid he 'd share the picks with the general manager who would call us the next morning. GM says sorry, you should have brought itback last night. We explained they would be closed before we could make it back that night. GM said we should have checked thefood before we left the restaurant. He offered no apology and was rude and condescending. Message well received! If you 're notprepared to do his mgmt. team 's job for them and ensure his staff properly prepares your food. (Now I 'm quality control) or maketwo trips to his slow food drive thru, Keep driving!! 2nd time this has happened. I 'm done thanks"
