"We ordered 6 meals for pickup a little over an hour before they closed last night. 3 meals were missing entirely and we were missing 2 sides on the meals we did receive. I called immediately to let them know what was missing and was told to come back and they would give us the rest of the food we paid for. I still had 3 guests waiting to eat so we immediately drove back over. When we got there expecting the rest of our order (as told on the phone) we were told they had changed their minds because they had already turned off the grill for the night. They were now going to refund the total cost of our order instead. I wanted the food more than the refund as our guests were waiting to eat. The 1st amount refunded was just for the missing food instead of the whole order like they had said. They even kept the whole tip including the based on the food they never provided. I made another call and it looks like I will now get a full refund. My guests (who had never eaten there before) still haven't and I bet they never will. They were not impressed. We also will never order from here again. The food is pretty good if you can get it, but it is not so special as to put up with such poor service."

"This is a family lover and we come here regularly. The owner occasionally goes around the tables and checks the customers. The tables are always clean, the staff is friendly. The food is great. If there is a problem with the food, the owner and the cook will come to discuss it with you and then make the necessary changes without complaints, what ever. The food is good ol' comfort food. In view of the rise in prices throughout the country, prices remain reasonable."

"I went hear because I read some of the reviews and they said it was good breakfast food!! Well I have worked in the food industry all my life and I am a big avid of home made food not out of the box. I ordered biscuits and Gravy with over easy eggs and sausage, there is no way this is homemade Gravy with homemade biscuits I'm sorry I love to support the small business man but this isn't good. Our waitress was nice and said she was sorry I didn't like it but it's not her fault. And who knows some of the other items mite be good but I won't be back."

"Hubby and I went there this morning for breakfast. Surprised at how wide open and spacious the restaurant is. Staff was friendly and efficient; our server Felicia recommended the daily special of beef brisket hash. Frank got it and it was very good, a lot of meat; large portion served in the skillet with two eggs on top and you also got two large pancakes. I got the waffle special which had really good waffle two eggs hashbrowns and a choice of meat for only 8. 99. We will definitely go back."

"If you're wanting somewhere to eat breakfast, stop looking and just go here. The environment is wonderful and nostalgic, customer service was excellent, and the food... OMG. If you leave hungry it's your own fault!! The food was absolutely delicious, had trouble deciding between all the varieties of omelets, and definitely look forward to coming back and trying more of them! Bottomless cup of coffee was wonderful and the wait time was minimal. If I could I would definitely give more than five stars :"
