"Overall such a great experience here! We arrived a little late into the night. I recently lost my wallet sadly and with that I lost my ID but we already had the room booked and everything thankfully the two woman in the front desk helped my wife and I check in anyways! Throughout the days we were there the staff were all kind and courteous to us, we went to the spa reservation desk and the woman there were so helpful as well with all the questions we had! Josefina was hands down an all star along with the other woman with her I didn’t catch her name sadly but she worked along Josefina! Thank you to all the staff there for making our vacation a memorable one!Rooms: The room was clean and well organized when we arrived they even gave us extra towels on the bed for the mineral pools they had outside! Two televisions a nice bed and if you have more guest staying with you they had a pull out bed sofa in the “living room” as well!Food drinks: There was the restaurant inside the hotel also a gift shop that also sold snacks and drinks along with plenty of vending machines with drinks and snacks!Noteworthy details: We had a room with the “Mountain View” and it delivered! The room was clean and the balcony had the most gorgeous view, at night you could sit out there and star gaze as well!"
