"I placed an online order and only had to wait for 5 minutes before picking it up. I ordered a coney crate and when I arrived at the restaurant, the person on the intercom was rude and unprofessional. They claimed they couldn't find my order in the computer system, even though I showed them the email confirmation. When I asked for a refund, I encountered a harsh attitude and was told there was nothing they could do. The money had already been taken from my card, but they insisted I contact my card company for a refund. Frustrated by the lack of concern, I asked for the corporate number, which they reluctantly provided. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service and will not be purchasing from this company again. It is clear that they need to improve their system for capturing online orders. I plan to dispute the charge and will not be returning."
