"3/19/2022 The bartender was very nice which was about the only positive of this visit. Given the restaurant was below half capacity my food should have been much better than it was. Meaning, my food should have been served hot better presented given the the kitchen staff shouldn't been too busy. My buffalo chicken sandwich look pitiful. The sandwich hardly had any buffalo sauce on it my potato wedges were hardly warm. I must have gotten the last potato wedges available given all of them were super tiny except for one. The men's restroom could have used some attention as well. It had paper towels overflowing from the trash can the sink was looking a bit nasty (actually really nasty). Also, there were some ceiling tiles missing over the urinals. I'm not a negative person, but it was hard to find positives from this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. I am from outside of Jacksonville, Florida and the BWW's in Orange Park, Florida has drastically gone downhill as well. (IMO), it just seems like the the quality of workers these days is lacking which means that everything else is going to suffer (food preparation and customer service)."
