"The waiter and the manager on shift tonight provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Rude, condescending, and unapologetic is the best description for them. A lot of things were wrong tonight but here’s the lowest point that happened. The lo mein was bad and when my friend told the waiter that she didn’t like the noodles, the waiter gave her attitude instead of just taking the plate away. On top of that, the manager came over and , instead of deescalating, had the nerve to say “well next time don’t order it”. This was our first time and it definitely will be out last. I work hard for my money and there’s no way I’ll go back to a place that doesn’t have the decency of basic customer service skills."
