"IMO, probably one of the better Chipotles in the area. I have always received fast and friendly service anytime I have visited the location near Sierra College Blvd . I tried the Keto Salad Bowl tonight and it was scrumptious! With romaine lettuce, carnitas, red salsa, cheese, and guacamole it hit the spot. I will definitely try it again."

"Now we all know typically Chipotle isn't really authentic mexican food and some might argue that it isn't at all. But when it comes to food that falls in the non authentic category, Chipotle is top teir. I want to first start with their guac alone. It's delicious. Its good for guac ive had from fast food. Although it's a little extra money, its 100% worth it. Now others might go for chicken, carnitas or even their plant based chorizo. All are worth it but personally I love steak. You can never really go wrong with it. All their rice bases are so yummy as well and of course their condiments. I know many people get their chips and personally I usually dont but usually get them but when I do I dont regret it. They are so crispy and light while being smooth enough they dont cut up your mouth and overall are nicely seasoned. The only reason a 4/5 happened is because, and im sure most of us have to deal with it, is the rapid bowel movements that happens everytime i eat it resulting in spending a couple good hours on the toilet. But with a little pepto and ginger ale, im back to regular. Overall, I love it."

"I have the Burrito Bowl with chicken. I chose brown rice, black beans, fresh tomatoes salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole $2.25 extra), and queso blanco $1.30. The latter two took my $7.35 bowl on over $12 with tax. I think the height of the charge for the Guac is a bit much. It's a good amount of food. Everything had a good taste and was fresh."

"I am only reviewing to complain about how this business has gone downhill. I have attempted to get food there three times recently to no avail. They are either closed early, out of key ingredients, or making dumb comments like oh we are out of most of the stuff because we are closing soon, soon being an hour. Even the line to getting nothing is waaaaaaaaay longer than it used to be when you actually got something at the end of it. I don't blame employees, I blame the quality control of the franchise itself, it is horrendous and sad that something like a taco bell is running circles around you. Good luck, the second star is for pity, i really hope you turn it around."

"Just had the best experience ever. Normally I’ll ask for a military discount and most chipotles either don’t offer one or just gives you a drink for free which I’m not complaining about today I asked if they had one since I am not from the area and the wonderful cashier said the don’t have one BUT ended up giving us a free burrito and drink. I simply can not say thank you enough. Great service goes a long way. Will be back many times."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude behavior of an older blonde woman who seemed to be in management. She was shouting at everyone, including customers. Additionally, the portion sizes have become much smaller, and the quality of the food has declined. It appears I'm not alone in this opinion, as many Yelp reviews reflect similar sentiments. "The manager here needs a reality check. I don't understand how they do not see a problem with the fact that they are ALWAYS behind on mobile orders and ALWAYS out of ingredients during busy hours. If you are looking to have a nice lunch at chipotle and do not order online, you will have to accept that your burrito will have nothing but chicken and lettuce, because they run out of ingredients regularly. On top of all this, they are incredibly stingy with their portions, but I guess that's just a chipotle thing."

"Had a great lunch today, I got a chicken salad with chips and guacamole on the side, I also added some pinto beans on the salad and it tasted really good. I really liked how I got a quick service, the bathrooms were clean and the staff was really nice. The tables here are usually a little chaotic, but this is to be expected. There is a large parking lot in front, but you will rarely find a place unless you go to the far side. This plaza is always full."

"Let's start saying that the food was very good. Steak and chicken are both well cooked and not dry. The counter reading was also good. Only a problem with this place is they need to clean the tables and wells drinking area. Both are very dirty. Therefore there are no 5 stars. "As usual from this place. I ordered a bowl that was thrown together, literally it was over when I was ready to leave the door. I asked for a medium cup that he rang and continued to focus on the phone that he had on me was as fine, but whatever. Then there was a problem with the pose. I paid a reception and then became of the gm my payment did not go through. That was the beginning of the whole meeting. My friend paid mine and her, and then he said the remaining balance was my sum after she had already paid for it. He could not communicate what is on and on this extremely rude. In my conversations about the subject, talk to his hands and roll his eyes. The behaviour was very immature to say the least. And then I asked for a refund at this point there was a payment problem and my bag was leak bean juice. The gm said I had to e-mail Chipotle for a refund and continued the next customer without hesitation. Very short and I have never heard that a CASH register cannot process a refund. Not sure what he was annoyed, but being the head of the store he could? ve kept his hesitation and treated the situation differently. From his behavior alone, I would rather take the longer ride to another place. Customer service 0 stars."

"All good. Better than the chipotle by my house. This place actually had fresh meat and had meat in general. The chipotle in loveland always seems to be out of steak or chicken. And the white rice is always low. Giving very small portions. Like a sprinkle of lettuce or less than a full scoop of meat. I always have to tell them to add more which they end up charging me extra for. This chipotle had no issues and definitely wouldn't mind going back."
