"Service2food in neighboring restaurants BJs and Land Ocean is excellent. Living nearby decided to take Italian from Skipolini?s home. My daughter likes Ravioli and the menu has photos of some dishes. What we got was not shown in the menu. It was partly cooked with hardly any Runny sauce and few raviolis. We also have the appetizers of Fritten. We live right next to these restaurants and the food was cold not even a little warm. Del Taco has made a longer ride @10 minutes after the start and still at least warm. The service is subpar seems like an owner or manager steps in because the staff fluctuates in cooperation, the system of the team seems slow and away in many ways. How does the training work? This and fries for an invoice of $40. I think the evaluation for food and service is low, but expects that all that we now usually give along the slimmer mentality is cheap and high. Large small businesses have closed but Reno never had options like Las Vegas or other states with popular metropolitan regions. After life in other places, then again so many places in the area are disappointing. The Lake Bar Grill, Paisan?s, Huckleberry?s, GSR, Peppermill, Atlantis, many Mexican restaurants these places deserve more than 5 stars with everything that top note for pay less or equal to the price we pay. Fine food in a steakhouse or land Ocean incredibly value pay higher prices but not at Skipolini?s or Pietro?s Famiglia, which has gone downhill over the years. Where is the good authentic Italian food?"

"It 's my 'go to ' hyvee! I go here for groceries, pharmacy, coffee, and/or a meal! I have recently been going through some health challenges so I 've been utilizing the drive up option to get my groceries. I have never had a bad experience with it yet! The employees are happy, friendly, and kind and do a stellar job at loading the groceries in the back of my car so that nothing gets squished or broken. All of the employees are also so kind to my kids! I have 7 year olds so we already know they 're big talkers, but the employees always talk and joke with them. It truly makes their day/night! The food selections are usually pretty good and surprisingly stocked given all the supply issues covid brought about. They have super friendly employees who are ready and willing to help anyone. Good people. Good atmosphere!"

"I was having trouble finding chicken gizzards. Called Hy-Vee on Sheridan Road in Peoria, and spoke with Andrew. He took the time to check the stock and came back and said he had them and would hold a package back for me. When we went to pick them up, both Andrew and his coworker, Don, we’re pleasant and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back to this store because of them."

"I took my elderly mother there today to purchase fresh shaved meats and cheeses. They were pre shaved and crusted over in the deli cases like food gets when it’s been exposed to air for too long. I complained to the manager that they looked old and nasty. She said that’s because they are old and nasty; they don’t change them out. I was disappointed in the sanitation but also the response. My mother can’t see very well and would have paid $10 a lb for gross meat and cheese. She would have likely have gotten sick from it because she can’t see and blindly trusts a store to keep up on its food safety. Such a shame because HyVee has always been a good store."

"First the dining room area was a dirty hot mess with a garbage can filled to the brim, a used rotasire chicken container sitting in the area where they have the breakfast condiments. There was a lemon slice in the the soda fountain drain. We ordered soda pops and they didn't give us lids for the cups. Now, the service at the comfort foods of the deli, my husband ordered the steak dinner special, the steak meal was a hot mess, had to ask for a steak knife. The steak was **** as a butchered cow, it was tough, a sharp knife could not even cut it. My husband went back to the comfort foods deli and told them about his problems, they didn't listen because one of the cooks offered to put it back on the grill, well that doesn't fix the toughness of the steak. My husband asked if he could have a different entree in exchange of the tough steak. They had to bring in the manager, the manager said, we will give you a refund for the steak meal, no exchanges. My husband had to go to the kisosk register for his refund. He was hungry and wanted another item. He got so pertrude that he lost his appetite. Also the Market Grille took away the $5 apps at Happy Hour and their daily specials at the Hy-Vee Market Grille. They only have the sandwich of the month for their only special. The poor service and the poor quality of food are not worth these prices!"

"They literally got everything in our order wrong. And the girl at the drive thru window kept her back turned to the window the entire time talking. We ordered 2 large sweet teas and a bottle water. They handed out 2 medium teas. So I told her and she looked at the receipt said these are supposed to be large as she handed them to another girl. Then hands out as large sweet tea and large Dr. Pepper so I had to tell her again 2 Large sweet teas. Then we had ordered 1 ghost pepper saucy nuggets and 2 spicy nuggets. We wound up with 1 spicy nuggets and 2 plain nuggets and my husband went back inside for straws because we weren't able to tell her at the window because she immediately turned her back again and stayed that way. The time before this when we were only ordering the berry frosty's all three were just pure liquid no consistency."
