"It's newly remodeled, but they didn't do too much to their menu (which is good). LOVE their huge and delicious Turkey Salad. A beautiful bed of fresh greens with dried cranberries, cherry tomatoes, cukes, red onion. They put the large portion of chunked smoked turkey on the side so you can add as much or little as you choose. And the best ranch dressing I've ever had anywhere. Only thing it needs some sunflower seeds or some kink of crunch factor and a piece of garlic toast or roll. Otherwise perfect salad. Sat on the patio ... it was a beautiful fall day."

"I came here with some colleagues. The grill ribs were okay, a little sweeter than I like. The Mac and the cheese were excellent. The scratched greens were disappointing. It was fresh but seemed to lack taste. This is a pepsi operation against coke. I'm logging in to four stars because it's a good fast casual. Not somewhere. You'd take someone to press them on the grill, but otherwise a solid choice."

"Had a catering order for an office event. We are located right across the street from the restaurant. Our order arrived without bbq sauce. How do you have bbq without bbq sauce? It took over an hour for the sauce to be delivered. By that time everyone had eaten. When I called they were empathetic, but certainly didn't go out of their way to right things."

"Not quite sure of the young lady name, but I think that it was De'Lisa, anyway I had a coupon for $19.99, she charged me $30 plus dollars, got upset with me, I tried to have a conversation with her, she ignored me, I asked for her supervisor, she wentto him and had a 30 second conversation, refuse to serve me, he came and took over and finished the order. I will never go backto this restaurant, and I wish the young lady luck, because you will need it with that bad attitude!"

"This restaurant deserves zero stars! The food was awful. I don't know how they won any awards for this. We tried the beans and they were so bad we threw them out after just one bite. The brisket sandwiches were dry, had no seasoning, and the meat was a strange color. I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from here. Even though they claim to be award-winning, the food is actually horrible. The okra was seasoned well but was soggy and undercooked. The mac and cheese was okay, but Chick-fil-A's version is much better. The pasta was overcooked and broken up. The banana pudding tasted weird and only had two vanilla wafers on top. Everything we tried was terrible and barely edible. I'm not sure who cooked this food, but they definitely can't cook. I felt like I was at a poorly done BBQ at someone's house. Don't be fooled by any positive reviews, this food is not good. This was the worst meal I've had in a long time. We were so disappointed that we didn't even want our money back. I know my husband didn't want me to leave a review, but I feel like it's my duty to warn others that this food is just not worth it. It's better off in the trash. I was extremely let down by our experience here."

"I just want to say we like City BBQ and our kids love it but we went last friday night and got the judges sampler again which has a few different meats, ribs, pulled pork and brisket. That night the brisket was very dry and the pork could of been more moist but was fine mostly. I really felt the brisket was so dry we should of sent it back but didn't. I like lean brisket and the seasoning is good with a nice char, but please don't overdo the brisket. I hope next time we go, it won't be as dry as it takes a good 20-25min drive to go to City BBQ."

"Worst for delivery! Such a shame that a restaurant that has good food has such poor staff and management. Ordered delivery handfuls of times, and almost 90% of the time several items are always missing, including full kid meals that were paid for, sides, drinks. If you call in to mention this to staff, they are clueless and could careless, do nothing to compensate or reimburse. No one checks the orders to make sure they are complete going out correctly. Again, such a shame that the restaurant has to suffer because of an awful staff/management. Especially to Friday pm staff. Beware of a girl named Maria, she will laugh in your face and say it 's her customer speaking voice . Can 't say we will be ordering ever again and will be sure to spread the word. Thank you, no thank you!"

"I don't usually eat Bojangle's chicken, that day I was like I stopped. I had the best customer service experience, I don't know his name, but he made me want the next day. Oh and the chicken was hot and fresh and so were the cookies. Little disappointed the Cajun Rice pigs in it, but still a big visit!"

"Went here for dinner tonight. They had NO ribs, chicken tenders, or other prominent menu items. Restaurant was overall dirty with tables left unclean, floor dirty, and the condiments area messy. The trash was overflowing and halfway through my meal I noticed a large roach crawling on the floor to which I instantly had to leave and forfeit my meal. I will not be returning to this location. To spend $40 on two meals I was extremely disappointed. The workers were clearly not happy to be at work given conversations I unfortunately was forced to overhear in the relatively quiet establishment."

"I'm so confused as to why this staff is so lazy. If someone orders something just give them what they ordered rather than trying to talk them out of it cause you're too lazy to make the food. I also think that they purposely give you the wrong sauce as they do it routinely. They never have anything prepared and send you curbside every time. A 5 minute experience turns into 25 quick. It's so pathetic. I wish I could give negative stars. Laughing and playing rather than just giving the food to the customer. Like bruh it's not that hard to not be this trash. Corporate need to come fire them all then the department of labor need to deny their unemployment cause they don't deserve a dime for that trash work ethic."

"Terrible food and lack of service. I would give it a zero if I could. I went with my daughter and got a cookie dough shake and banana spilt. Once we got our food (after 20 mins of waiting) we were so disappointed in what we got I ordered a banana spilt with multiple different flavors and well as different syrups. What I got was a banana with vanilla ice cream thrown on top and drenched it syrups. My daughter got a cookie dough shake and it was just vanilla ice cream with a wad of cookie dough at the bottom. We went to the grocery store and got better dessert than this."
