"We ordered lunch, dine in. Waitress was at a table in the dining room FaceTiming on her phone. I ordered the chicken katsu bun and she asked me 3 separate times what protein. Friend ordered spicy tonkatsu ramen and was given normal had to ask for it spicy again. Waitress seemed distracted and unhappy, dining room was empty save for 1 or 2 other customers. Most orders seemed to be takeout. The chicken was mostly crust , and very little was actually chicken. It was very dry and flavourless, barely any topping or sauce. The ramen was meh. I paid $10 for the buns and my friend paid $14 for her ramen not worth the price. Worst food and service I’ve had in a very long time."
