"I worked at this restaurant for several months and I had a terrible experience. On my first day, I was expected to know everything without much training. The manager Sarah would forget to stock items or complete tasks and would make the employees do it instead. The other manager, Andrew, would often be on his phone in the back and during our busiest day, the Super Bowl, he stayed in the back to watch it instead of helping out. We did not get any breaks during our shifts. I also found several of Sarah's hairs on the pizza dough. Even though I worked at the register, the tips went to the closers. One day, an employee's dad had a heart attack and had to leave work. Unfortunately, he was fired because the restaurant did not allow us to take sick days. Overall, the employees were treated worse than the customers at this restaurant."
