"My wife and I have been regularly patrons of the bluffs for a long time. The service was with large servers and really the best bar offers and the food used very, very good. This has changed everything lately, they have brought a number of employees who are not even fair. You have taken a serious nasal dive in customer service, if at all. We had a lot of meals there and it used to be great food, there are also food on a bad slide. Tonight was not a busy night and as recently happened, the orders are not correct, for some reason the food was very cold and not good at all. They continue to run from a lot of our favorite drinks and act as if it were no problem. Earlier we welcomed many visitors to this area, and we told them earlier that they were visiting the Bluffs.... NOT MORE. Sometimes it's really hard to get an employee's attention, don't you know where to hide?? There was a lot more mature regular for a long time, but because of the terrible service, go in Trieben. What does that say? There are many very good bars and grills in this area and we will recommend meeting us on a decent, other than the bluffs."
