"worse customer service I've ever received. had a door bag. went to the registration on the bar. No one recognized me or greeted me. they were kind of busy so I tried to understand and patiently wait to be ignored. After about 5 minutes I noticed a hired person who appeared as manager, so she asked to say that it was not ready. so stood to the side and waited longer. I asked cashier to check for order after another 10 minutes. it was said a second that she should talk to a guy in the bar. she never checked for the order and ignored me...rude! So another lady asked and finally got the command that should be delivered about the time I received. I use to be a casser, server, all that, so I am busy this place, but still recognize their customers and welcome them, ask them if I can help them or something. I will not recommend this place update: reply, comment....yes it happened today, right before I wrote this and from reading a few other reviews seems that others were ignored. they teach their staff hospitality. at least to welcome customers. If they're busy, I'll tell you I'm with you, don't look at you like you're stupid and ignorant, but talk to the young in cash. Js....bad customer service can ruin a business no matter how good it could eat"
