"OK talk about over priced and terrible delivery!We were so excited to check this place out! Truly very disappointed! We ordered 1 gola ganda, 3 different kinds of faloodas 7 pans, ended up paying $55! What in the world!If I am paying that much then it better be good which it wasn't at all! "It was a terrible experience at the restaurant, and we would have left if it hadn't been our daughter's birthday and she wanted wings. They didn't have our reservation, and after 40 minutes, they gave our table to a group that had only been there for 10-15 minutes (which I witnessed). We ended up waiting for 1 hour and 50 minutes before finally being served our dinner. There was no communication between the wait staff and the parties waiting for a table. The waitress was extremely rude, telling us they didn't use Open Table for reservations, then saying the other party took our table, and finally dismissing my concerns about the situation. When I spoke to the manager, Rick, he informed me that they did use Open Table, but apparently the wait staff were not aware of this. This was my first time using Open Table, and I will be deleting the app after this experience."

"We had two groups at the same table, we ordered at the same time the food came out 40 minutes apart. I had a hamburger it was so over cooked that it crumbled and tasted like charcoal. I have had many good burgers at other BWWs this is by far the worst. The wings were either cold or cooked so long they were just trash. No one ever checks on you with the new ordering system so we just left and ate popcorn at the movie for dinner. If you do your own ordering, get your own drinks, you should probably have some of the people standing around doing nothing cooking rather then nothing. I think you need to work on this new system. I will try back at this location in a year or so, I figure you will be out of business or have gotten your !t together by then."

"This place has gone down hill since the pandemic. They need a manager to come in and hold people accountable. We were waiting in lone to be seated with another couple behind us and the manager came up behind us and bumped into us and walked on withoutsaying a word. I love their food and watching football but they have got to step up a little."

"Excellent service on Superbowl sunday with our team playing. Great atmosphere for the game. Not too rowdy. But definitely active. We were lucky enough to snag a booth for 2 with no wait in the second quarter. Never had to ask or wait a second for a refill on sodas. Always had a full cup waiting when one was low. Food came out at a good speed. Wish there was more cheese sauce on the nachos. But they were good. All in all a great experience. Tipped more than i usually would for the excellent service we received."

"When I left, we had a great server and our order came out quickly. Most BWW these days have quite hard service and it is difficult in and out in an hour. Either we had a great waitress or they still train the right way down here. Not much to say. The same old BWW menu we all know and love. Parking seemed plentiful and within the Gravois Bluffs were not too much trouble."

"I just gave one star because that's all that allows. I forgot to leave my last and last review because I never returned to this place. after my terrible experience, I was foolish enough to try again. I should have gone when they told me that they hadn't done anything and we had to wait until someone was done just to get our drinks. we got our food before our drinks that are crazy because I waited for 45 minutes for our food and they came out of a cold. ironically, the waitress finally comes by and asks how our meal was, and I told her how terrible it was. she had to do it, but I called her to laugh all her time on a table instead of keeping it professional. She never tried to do it right. she said, “You should have told me” I saw her once throughout the time I sat. it's too ending until I got sick of the like before I even left the restaurant and went into her disgusting bath and was pushed on the head because they have their toilet paper on the back of the door. that's the worst buffalo wild wings I've ever visited. never again."

"Food was pretty good. They did not get my order correct, I asked for no cheese on my sandwich and got melted cheese on it so I couldn't even scrape it all off. But it tasted pretty good. Service was poor, the waitress ran her tray into my back and didn't even apologize. She acted like it was a huge deal to start bringing our checks out after an hour of service and instead of bringing our checks out as requested made us wait as she got everyone's checks and then, even though I was kind of in a hurry, I waited as she worked her way around the table. I would definitely not recommend this establishment."
