"We hadn't been to Zen West in a long time, but our recent visit was overall great. We went on a Friday evening and were seated immediately. It seemed like no one had to wait for a table that night. We ordered margaritas, an appetizer, and entrees. The appetizer was a bit disappointing and unusual. It looked like nachos I used to make as a teenager in the oven at my parents' house. Despite this, it was tasty. The drinks were good and had generous pours. I tried the spicy margarita and it definitely lived up to its name. My child had the crab and shrimp quesadilla, which was delicious. My husband had the Ahi Tuna Tacos, which he really enjoyed, and I had the Carnitas Burrito, which was also very good. The only downside was that the sides could have been bigger - there was a small portion of rice and a lot of lettuce. We will definitely be returning to Zen West in the future."
