"My wife and I have been a regular customer at Luna Grill Eastlake for a few years now, and I've always been impressed with the food, the service, and the overall atmosphere. "Just spent 20 dollars to learn to avoid Luna. While it seems trendy to call out racism, I will omit this label and instead use incompetence. I do this not because I do not have reservations about the attitudes of the managerial staff toward people who do not look like them but because racism is ignorance, and ignorance begets incompetence. Thus by calling out the issue, a solution might be attained. I was out for lunch with my children, it was their stuffy's birthday, so I took the kiddos to sweet frogs while I grabbed a quick bite at Luna. A 20-dollar terrible choice. Once in Luna, I was met by a rude clerk; I ordered my food to go to keep on the day's festivities. I tipped at the checkout, which was a terrible idea as tips are meant to reward good service, good service that was nowhere in sight. After a prolonged waiting time, I went to the counter, where the manager offered no help and was bothered by my inquiring about my order. The audacity of me going up to him to bother him and inquire about my order. How dare I. The disdain and attitude he gave me made me lose trust in Luna. If he is unable to answer a simple question, how am I to trust his team with proper hygienic food preparation? Attitude reflects leadership; if the manager is incompetent, so must the rest of the staff. As evident by the clerk who took my order, I could go on describing his behavior and actions, but I will spare you. I left, did not care for a refund, did not care to spend another minute in that place. Luna, keep my 20 dollars; invest them in employing better-qualified personnel. As for me, I am going to continue the festivities with my children. The terrible experience your establishment caused me ends with this review."
