"I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant recently, and overall, I found the ambiance to be quite pleasant. The decor was tastefully chosen and aligned well with the atmosphere they were aiming to create. We actually made a special trip from Valencia just to give it a try, as my father had expressed curiosity about it. Admittedly, it being Father's Day, the restaurant was quite busy. However, we arrived before the main dinner rush, hoping for a smoother experience.Unfortunately, there were some delays in our dining experience. It took nearly an hour for our food to arrive after we had placed our order, which was a bit unexpected. Throughout the evening, the waitress paid infrequent attention to our table, seldom checking if we desired additional drinks or anything else. Given the premium prices at this establishment, one would naturally expect a higher level of service. I can speak on this matter from a place of experience, having grown up in the restaurant industry and with my family collectively owning six different locations. Consequently, the explanations provided by the staff for such lapses in service do not appear justified, particularly when considering the multitude of negative reviews this restaurant has received. To provide a fair assessment, I must mention that the food itself was decent. However, the enchiladas seemed to have a canned taste, which was somewhat disappointing. The white rice accompanying the dish was satisfactory, but didn't particularly stand out. In conclusion, while the overall experience at the restaurant was okay, there were certainly areas for improvement, especially in terms of service. Despite my background in the industry and the unflattering reviews I've encountered, I maintain an open mind and appreciate the effort put into crafting the establishment's ambiance and decent-tasting food. Also is there valet even legal?"

"Long was a fan of cans. It used to be very regular here. Order accuracy has steadily declined over the years and had some mixed experiences that dramatically slowed down the frequency of the visit. You have also taken many of my favorites from the menu (simple things I don't have to ask on cilantro, salad or onions). Tonight was an example of injustice. My Chipotle bbq Sauce was?t Chipotle bbq Sauce even because of ?a mix this morning?. My simple avocado side (especially asking for it to be clear and quite by itself) was brown to the point of the incredible, but also had something of onion and Zilantro on it exactly what I very explicitly asked not to be. Is that hard to keep things clear and separate? The bean and cheese Burrito was decent and sisable. When they sorted out the right sauce, it was good. It was very disappointed that someone thought it was ok to place and serve me brown avocado, but according to the challenges of the sauce, no more effort wanted to spread and wait even longer to solve something I didn't have to. Today would have been a 1.5 2-star experience. Usually they are something above a 3 and my wife had no problems with her order so generous with 3 stars. It becomes much more difficult for them to convince me to roll the dice again. If they bring back some of their old specials (which did not turn for a very, very long time, as they once did) I might have run away. Your Chili Colorado was really good when they had it (and it was even a regular article for a while)"

"The first time I had Kiki's delivered it was absolutely delicious! I had steak fajita quesadillas, Guacamole Salad Queso Flameado w/Steak. Everything was fresh, good flavor everything I was looking for in a new Mexican restaurant since I was new tothe area I started off by sampling the simpler things! It was so good, I ordered the exact same thing again tonight. This timeit wasn't bad, but not like it was the first time. They forgit the Guacamole, They forgot the Flour tortillas for the QuesoFlameado w/steak. Last time the Queso did not have Cilantro in it. Thats one reason I liked Kiki's so much the didn't outcilantro in every little thing they served! You either like cilantro or you hate it me I hate the stuff! TThat is the onereason i stay away from a lot of commercial places like On the Border, Chuy's, Chili's, etc. Everything they make has cilantroin it!! Tonight Kiki's put Cilantro in my Queso Flameado! It wasn't just a little either the guac has little in it but you cannot taste it they put a lot in it! It took over the taste of fresh tomato grilled onions w/steak!! All you could taste was Cilantro. I actually pulled 2 large stems/bushes of cilantro out of the melted cheese that still wasn't all of it! Don'tknow if I'll order from them again only because of my dislike of cilantro. I love that items are made fresh, but i also needconsistency with ingredients as I do have have a limited diet with a lot of food that is restricted. Are you or are you notgoing to put cilantro in Queso Flameado????"
