"I’ve gotten coffee and hot chocolate from this store ever since I was 4 years old. Never once have I ever had a bad experience. The coffee is fantastic, the smoothies are perfectly blended, and the employees are the friendliest people I’ve ever met in a coffee shop. Whether the order is online, curbside, or in store, the experience is always amazing. The only bad thing i could think of is theres no feature here to leave 6 stars. They deserve it."

"2nd time at this location everything about this location is awesome except the restroom; one of the room didn't have any toilet papers or paper towels could have been better. Well be visiting quite often for drinks and dine in. Can get super busy around 9AM but later it mellow down as well for seating its not that busy you can find many table open for your convenience."

"This Caribou location has so much great seating. In front of the fireplace there are soft leather chairs to relax and enjoy your coffee or to read the various magazines that the store keeps available. There are tables for two, high top tables, tables for four, and a large table if a lot of space is needed. Music is playing, but not at a volume that will drown out your conversation. The staff is friendly and are willing to give some advice on drinks."

"I love coming here. I like to compress my work breaks in this Caribou, and it's a great place to just relax a bit. Every employee was friendly and personal. All I ordered was quickly prepared and never had any problems. If you come in and no one is in the register immediately, just remember being patient. These people work hard to keep open, with severely cut business hours."

"Gave it 3 stars cause the drinks are good but what is the deal with them not having the chicken charizo burrito anymore for two weeks straight, most of their products are not available to order and it has been days!!! Are they closing or did they not order anything???? My boyfriend and i love going to this place to relax and enjoying our time but with products missing its hard to do that now when we love their products!!!! "First time at any Caribou Coffee, for we don’t have these in our locale. While the coffee was good, and is has the typical coffeehouse vibe, it was the service from the people here, which made a really good impression. Being that I was a “rookie” with Caribou, I was given several reasons recommendations, and an unsolicited sample of the drip coffee. (The Mahogany was really good! "I LOVE Caribou Coffee, and stop at this place at least once a week. Most of the time I order through the app, and sometimes I order from the drive thru they get my order perfect every time and there's almost never a line. The only downside is that the actual entrance/exit of the drive thru makes me a little nervous because you really have to be careful with cars entering/exiting. And there's always TONS of parking if you want to go inside."

"Wish Caribou had a location farther north or a stand alone store instead of all the Starbucks and Scooters that litter the place. This location has weekly deals (unique to this spot only) and its rarely busy when I go in. There’s a daily trivia question you can answer for 10¢ off your drink too. Honestly I prefer this place to Cultiva’s tea drinks. Their matcha lattes arent too sweet, even the white chocolate one. Best day to come in is Monday because you get $1 off a large drink."
