"The first time in this place. Lunch. The hotel is located outside 285 West. In addition to a Chick-fil-A and vitamin store and over the road from a raceway gas station. It looks like all the other longhorns. It was very clean and very bright. There is no mask mandate for customers, but servers and employees wear masks. Our server Susie was very nice and very fast. She was overwhelmed by all things kovid-like. She always asked us if we wanted something or if we were good and we both appreciate it. I had the Caesar salad with salmon, which was very well cooked, and there was nothing to complain, it was delicious. Since we were there early, there weren't too many people there, so it wasn't as crowded as if you were going during dinner time.
