The language barrier added to the frustration. The staff's inability to communicate in English made it challenging to place an order or inquire about menu items. While I appreciate cultural diversity, effective communication in customer service is essential, especially in a diverse community. Additionally, my order was incorrect. Despite attempting to clearly convey what I wanted, the language barrier possibly contributed to this mix up. Receiving the wrong food only compounded the disappointment of the small portions. In summary, my experience at Taco Rico was far from what I had hoped. From mini sized tacos to communication issues and a wrong order, it was a series of letdowns.
