"I love places like this a local dive. Cutlery doesn't match, the place needs a rehab, but the food is good, the service friendly and fast and the prices decent. The bathroom is clean which implies that the kitchen is clean as well. The pies and ice cream are great too. Now, to my ratings the atmosphere is either a one star or a five star if you like places where locals hang out to eat, then this is a five a tourist would rate this a one. This'll be my go to place when I'm in the area."

"Here, for the first time ordered and was amazed by the taste and the portions. Ordnete the seafood pescatore with vodka sauce instead of marina and could not believe that a WHOLE full of lobster **** was included. The vodka sauce had the perfect balance of tomatoes. Was not too casual and very hearty. I just pulled off a half star because two of the 3 shells were closed. And I couldn't eat them, but the one I did was really good. Also ordered the fetters Alfredo and added crab meat. The crab meat was tender and perfectly cooked, but took another half-star, because it definitely needed more sauce, but the small sauce we had was creamy and soo good. Great food! Very recommended"

Thank God for the family owned and operated small businesses that still exist in some of our neighborhoods. Love their pizzas, the love and warmed magic of that place! My nephew D, as an autistic young man has a keen sense for picking up the good vibes in other people’s persona and that’s why he felt in love with Minerva’s, him like myself loves their food but the way he’s treated by the wonderful lady that owns that place makes the dinning time a wonderful experience. "The restaurant offers a great variety of food options. The waitress did a good job of accommodating our party of four. I would have given a five-star rating, but the mushrooms on the steak were not hot, only warm at best. The sweet potato was not cooked correctly, as it had hard spots in it. However, the steak was very good and I enjoyed it. The booth we were seated in had a large tear in the seat. Overall, I was not disappointed with the meal. I had a pleasant evening and would consider going back."

"A delicious restaurant with attentive staff and tasteful dishes. We enjoyed the Lobster Ravioli and Tagliatelle Barolo as our most important entrees. The roasted potatoes and roasted mixed mushrooms made wonderful accompaniments, although we were a little surprised when the mixed mushrooms came out with little variety of mushrooms. The service was excellent. Our table was wobbly and they noticed and fixed it without asking us. Our water remained full and we were regularly checked. The establishment in the restaurant is also beautiful and worth the trip on its own. From the beginning to the end we were delighted with our visit. We'll make the trek again!"

"Currently 3.9 shows on reviews, should be at least 4.5. The ribs were some of the best I had, perfect and tasty. Pulled pork was good, had some of the good fat in chewing everything easily. If this place was close to my hometown, it would be safe for my way to pork ribs. Plate shown is Caveman (2 selection of meat, 2 pages. Had salad and beans, beans were also delicious, small spices."

"Got food to go here alot back in 2017 now again in May 2022 while in Laredo for work. Place is more expensive now but what isnt. Mariscos enchiladas sm shrimp cocktail running $30 w/tip these days. Food is still good same as before. Large shrimp cocktail will run you $14.06 out the door before tip. This place is not for bargain hunters."

"I love this restaurant soooo very much. I came here for the first time and it wasn't disappointed. It was so delicious. The restaurant is very clean and has many cool decorations on the wall. There are TVs to watch sports and a bar for drinks. The only drawback was the bathroom door open, because I guess the A.C. is broken. But there are still stands so you can use the bathroom in privacy. They also have no peanuts. Our server was so friendly (I forgot her name, but she had room bungalows). The food was also phenomenal. We have the bbq platter, hamburger and teriyaki chicken. Everything was cooked for perfection. The only complaint was that the chicken was a little under the season. TLDR: delicious family restaurant with friendly servers. 5/5 would recommend"

"My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner. We were seated in a nice quiet corner. Our server, Tiana, was absolutely wonderful! She was so pleasant and attentive yet never made us feel rushed. The mocktails and wine were great, but the mussels were absolutely out of this world! We both had tomahawk but prepared different ways. I didn’t love mine, but I typically eat leaner cuts so it could be that it was just too rich and chewy for me. We each ordered a cheesecake slice to go and both were delicious. We are planning to come back again to try their pizza."

"Nice little local spot for good Italian food. Spaghetti with meatball(1) from the kid’s menu was a hit for one of my boys, and the full-size version with meat sauce and meatballs(2) was as well, definitely a thumbs up. My girlfriend had the Chicken Balsamic, which she’s had before, and it looks and tastes great, thumbs up. I had the Tour Of Italy, which was good not great, the Chicken Parmigiana was good, the fettuccine was tasty and homemade, but the lasagna had very few layers and was a miss for me. One other ordered the lasagna as an entree and wasn’t impressed, you can see in the pic of the Tour of Italy that it really wasn’t layered. Bruschetta and Calimari were good not great. Giving 4 stars because it was more on the 3.75 level for me. Will definitely go back and the service was great, so that’s always a plus."

"The restaurant is decent, though a bit pricey—probably just inflation at work. I paid $20 for three chicken tacos, which were fine, but I wish the portions had been a bit larger. What really bothered me was seeing tequila shots listed at $15 for five on the menu, only to find out they were $65 at the nightclub. I understand they're separate venues, but wow, that's a big jump! The club itself is kind of fun, but I’d definitely recommend having a few drinks beforehand to make those prices more bearable. I know I can be a bit frugal!"
