David demonstrates unparalleled skill and precision in his craft, creating each piece of sushi with meticulous attention to detail. The fish is undeniably fresh, as are the other ingredients. It is evident that the restaurant takes great pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients to deliver an exceptional dining experience. I will visit koi fin every now and then for some of the best sushi in SA. I would also recommend their poke bowls, as those are also delicious."
