"Went here for a performance dinner, ordered online, order was ready when I arrived. The chicken pliers were great and the Korean BBQ sauce was excellent. The value was very good in view of the chicken prices these days. You have 7 tender, 2 pieces toast, frits, 2 sauces and a 20 ounce drink for just $11. I highly recommend this place."

"Everything was soggy by the time I got it home. The boxes were wet with grease and the fried pickles were sitting in a pool of grease. I know they do a lot of business because they are on base, but it is horrible food. If you are familiar with Raising Canes, canes is a 10 and Slim is slim Pickens at a 1."

"Didn't really like the chicken. It was kind of dry. The iced tea wasn't really to good either. A few sips and I felt kind of off. Prices were a bit too high in my opinion too. It is basically fast food after all. Just not what i was expecting. The place does have a cool name though."

"It was my first time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised! My cashier, Mary, was super nice and helpful with navigating the menu and giving recommendations. I had the 3 piece plate with fries and I have to say Slim Chickens will give Chick fil A a run for their money. Wait time for my food was a little long for how slow they were when I got there, just something to work on. Their drink selection was amazing as well. I had the peach tea and it was like sitting on a front porch on a cool fall day, absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back! : ."

"Walked into the restaurant stopped in the restroom first. There were two live waterbugs. I turned around and walked out. Guess that honestly should have been my sign. Not sure why I stayed other than being super hungry. I ordered the BBQ crispy chicken wrap. Order came out in a timely manner. Food was warm and tasty. Until about half way through my meal. I bit into my wrap and something hard was in it hanging out of my mouth. At first thought seemed like a bone. Which the chicken was boneless. Come to find out after pulling the rest out of my mouth. It was a bread tie. Glad I didn’t swallow it. I’m positive that passing through my body wouldn’t be a pleasant experience. Also thankful no child got this meal. I asked for a manager. A lady came and spoke with me. She gave me a full refund and a fresh new meal and told me my next visit is free. This being my first experience at Slim’s. I’m not to sure I’ll take her up on that offer. At least at this location. She was a very nice lady and I appreciate her refund and trying to make it right. I know accidents happen. But I am thankful I didn’t swallow that thin piece of metal. Today could be way different for me right about now."

"I used to eat at this restaurant frequently when I was in Northwest Arkansas. I decided to try it again while I was here, and unfortunately, it tasted terrible just like all the other restaurants in this town. It seems like the issue may not be the restaurants themselves, but rather the manager or employees who are responsible for the consistently low quality of the food. I heard that this town is getting a Whataburger soon, and I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing happens there. It's a shame that the town doesn't deserve popular chains like Whataburger or Chick-fil-A when they are being run so poorly."

"A couple of friends and I eat here every other month or so when they're visiting. This restaurant has a wide variety of chicken dishes, so even if you're not into just chicken strips, they might still have you covered. I usually get the chicken mac and cheese. The taste and price are both very acceptable. Atmosphere is clean and modern. We'll continue to eat here."

"What a great chicken strip. Hands better than Canes. The selection of sauce is huge with some bomb sauces. Their slim sauce is a creamy tomato-y tango sauce. I love her buffalo sauce. The inferno sauce is hot but not unbearable. The frits are good quality and their tea is SWEET! The desserts are also quite delicious."

"I had tried Slim Chicken previously and did not think it was anything but average chicken. The Grill Chicken lacked seasoning and flavor. Later I tried their garlic parmesan chicken wings and I liked them enough to try them again today.I brought home a pick up order of the garlic parmesan chicken for my family. We noticed that the count was light of several wings. So although I do not like being petty, I paid for them, so why not ask, right?Wrong. I called this location and spoke to Janna and she advised that they have all of their orders counted by 3 people. And they never cook any more than ordered. Again, I'm not the type to complain, but the tone this person gave over the phone was unacceptable customer service. I guess verifying your order at the window would be a solution."
