"We were seated promptly, but the water and drinks came after the appetizers. We ordered a second beer during dinner, but it never arrived. The bartender was blamed, but when we walked by the bar, we saw only a few patrons and the bartenders were not busy. No one offered to refill our water, and one table even had to fetch their own drinks. We were very disappointed, and this was all before the dinner rush."
