"Situated inside a food hall, I ordered the cowboy ramen. The broth packs a punch of flavor. It balances just the right amount of sweet and salty from the soy. Also the portion size was perfect for a standalone entrée. It's a bit on the larger side though they're certainly generous. Some smaller options so that you can eat your way around the market would be nice, but otherwise, this was an absolute hit. The vegetables picked up the flavor but still maintain the perfect amount of crunch and the beef is perfectly tender."
