"Great food but the service was horrible. The visit before this was the same as well. My first time here was greeted with the hostess telling me my reservation was for 1....When I had the open table email showing 7. They got through it after making me sound like I 'm lying but anyway, from there the servers didn 't know ANYTHING about the menu. Even asked me what the korean name for the pork shoulder was. I said uhh? It says on your menu pork shoulder . When our meats came out I asked which was which, and none of the servers knew. They had to go ask someone. Food tasted great! However, I asked at least 5 times for refills on drinks and sauce. Nobody ever brought them. Once most of our food was eaten, I asked for a 6th time and someone finally brought them. The main problem, I believe is that nobody is assigned to a table. They all just kind of ask you if you need something randomly and you 're lucky if they ever bring what you asked. The first guy i asked for the sauce refills brought them when our bill was already paid and our food was being boxed up."
