"waited 10 minutes until someone came to the table. When the waiter finally arrived to buy drinks, another water brought and said he was our waiter. finally got drinks and places in the evening. While we waited a long time for dinner, we needed our drinks to be refilled. we made eye contact with the waiter when he walked past to serve a bottle of wine three tables down. he spent over 15 minutes on the table. our eating was brought out by a server. I asked her to refill our drinks. she said she couldn't buy would let our waiter know we wanted a refill. eight minutes later, the waiter brought drinks and apologised because he spilled them and waited for new ones. everything in all it took over an hour from the time we were serving our order in the time we were served."
