"The coffee was delicious but our first order had two coffees that were ordered without creamer but clearly had creamer. Doordash was able to resend the order at no charge and it came correctly the second time. With dairy intolerances and allergies, it was a little unnerving to be sent two coffees with an unknown creamer that were supposed to be black. But they are always tasty and we were happy with the reorder."

"This in reviewing the coffee. Have ordered multiple honey haze the same way I always have and lately they are coming turning out strong with the taste of just strong coffee. No sweet and creamy as ordered. Unfortunately only this location has been making them this way and it never use to be this way.Food: 2/5"

"Try the mission and philtered soul cold brews with honey! The tea is really refreshing, the cold Julies ultimate is so good. The sausage burrito is my favorite out of the group and the food quality fuels you instead of making you sluggish. The ultimate at home combo is ciobani coffee cream (recommend sweet cream in the 32 oz bottles of mission and philtered soul cold brews! That combo will have you wanting 99 bottles on the wall. Thanks to all of the staff here for being amazing and to you for reading. I hope you enjoy :"
"Order was delivered fast!! First time trying the iced coffee rose and its delicious. A slight rise flavor thats just enough. The honey haze wasnt very good. Ive had it tons of times and I think they just made it wrong. I did order it to be creamy and there was zero foam on it. I also chose medium sweet this time and it wasnt sweet at all. Had no flavor of honey. Ill order again as I think they just gave me the wrong coffee."

"I drove here from Santana Row area last night and arrived at 7:50 p.m., hoping to get an espresso latte because Philz Coffee has posted their business hours that indicates they close at 8:00 p.m. Very disappointed. I'm including a photo that I took upon my arrival to prove it. They have posted their holiday hours for specific days but they seem to forget what they posted on Google Maps. It's free and you can change it anytime. Come on now."

"Very nice delivery packaging, love Phils Coffee Beverages but I ordered a "cinnamon bun" that was infested with raisins ? Who puts raisins in a Cinnamon Roll. Be warned. I hate raisins."
