"We tried the bistro part for the first time for a quick early dinner on a Sunday evening. They have a small patio upstairs which we enjoyed (but had to move indoors due to mosquitoes! . It was quiet and the service was good. Onion soup was delicious! We also ordered two caesar salads (salmon and chicken , which were very big portions and delicious as well. We paid 10$ for soup, 22$ for salmon caesar salad and, 17$ for chicken caesar salad. I’d like to try the bakery part soon. Overall, it was a solid 4-4,5 star. I recommend this business."

"This was my first time getting anything from Po-Boy King. Currently, I am stuck at home due to injuries so I decided to order their seafood gumbo, with rice and potato salad. I also added a Barq's Root Beer. I set up the delivery for 35-45 minutes. The driver was at my house in less than 10 minutes,. There was no rice and they put mostly the gumbo juice with very little seafood in the pint I bought. The gumbo was barely at room temperature. Yes, the driver had a heat bag. The potato salad looks awful. The gumbo had kind of a sweet taste to it. It is almost as if they spilled gumbo file in it. But it could not be gumbo file because this gumbo was runny. When I called about my rice the lady got rude and obnoxious. I told her that, with her attitude I would not come back. She told me they did not need my business. So I am making SURE I write reviews all over the place about this place. They should not be allowed to even sell their potato salad."

"We drove from Baton Rouge to visit this location. Definitely did not disappoint. Our server Samantha was wonderful. Very attentive, refills of our drinks before they were empty, and best of all she was extremely polite and smiled the whole time. She made our visit so much fun with her personality. "The first time here and came with two grandchildren. Had good reviews, we thought we'd shoot it. I called and asked for a reservation, but they said they didn't take it. Surprisingly, we had to wait as they scrambled to find a seat for us, how people came in MIT RESULTS. Jessica was our waitress and very nice, she had good suggestions and often checked. Food was great all sushi very well made and delicious. I would recommend it, but a reservation is a good idea."

"This was my first time at this establishment. It won't, hopefully, be my last! I found everything I had to be quite tasteful and delicious with one exception. The fried oysters were less than delicious. Customer Service was extremely nice and upbeat! I believe her name is Jennifer? Seafood Gumbo, BBQ Fried Shrimp, Alligator Bites, and Catfish were VERY good! I'd recommend this place, especially if you like Louisiana cooking. Shoot, if recommend it if you don't!"

"I love this place. Elmwood location to be exact. The decor is so funny and funny. The staff is very happy and efficient. They seem to enjoy their jobs and have a passion for good food and service. Donuts are delicious. The flavor combinations are so funny and decadent. The sliders are also so delicious. Today we had chickens and beef. Both were on site, but the chicken wins today. "I have always loved this place of coffee, the service is always stellar, and the food is good.... on this occasion the food was not so great. The Hamburger Steak-Special was cooked due to its large size, (you expand our waiting period) and the onions n mushrooms were not cooked at all.... I thought they'd be embellished, but they weren't. The service was still good, and the price is still fair, so we will not deter from the return."

"This cute little donut shop is our favorite go-to, before our Starbucks run every other week. The donuts are perfectly sized and packed with flavor, but not overly sweet. The owner and employees are extremely nice and professional. If you try them once, you will become addicted like we did. Additionally, our grandsons love this place too."

"One of the worse experiences ever. A LOW class staff experience today. A group of 24 women met for our monthly lunch. Crave was every other month. We said 21 for lunch but ended up with 24. We needed an extra table but there was not a server around. There was 2 tables, no chairs next to us so someone moved a table while another went to inform staff of our need. The table was not handled by our server but another young lady. She went ballistic and irate. We did offer to pay her her tips for her table by the way. Since things went down from there the waitress, and I call her that against my better judgement then complained and she came and stated that the ladies could all leave per management. After that statement someone came and we were told that only one lady had to leave. This was because she took the waitress picture. Waitress complained that she was cursed at, which never happened. The staff then called the police to have the one lady removed the one that took the picture. By the way, she took the picture because of the way the waitress disrespected and addressed me. I happen to be 75 years old. She was telling the waitress that that was no way to speak to someone older. Our friend was escorted out by a police officer. Some of us left as a result. NEVER to return. Please think twice about supporting a business with such sad employee practices. I know I will."

"Nice little neighborhood joint. Came here before hitting Jazz Fest. I had the Omelette with bacon, spinach and gruyere cheese. Wheat TOAST with raspberry jam, and fruit. Very nice, very tasty. There were also daily specials, and I had a conchas. It was colorful, and had a good flavor. It's a good place. I was satisfied, and will be back."
