"Additionally, we were not given bread and had to ask for it at the end of our meal. We had to eat our entrees on bread plates because we were not given the proper plates. When we complained to the manager, the only thing he took off the bill was the drinks that were forgotten.
Despite being a high-class restaurant, we had to ask three times for a napkin and were still not given one. The service was terrible and very disappointing, especially considering we paid a bill of $400. I had to personally approach the manager because there was no staff available to ask for assistance. Our party of six was all very dissatisfied with the service and the restaurant as a whole."
