"I've never had a pleasant experience at this location in the 4 years I've mistakenly given them my business. The management is subpar at best, and rude and dismissive as a default. The rest of the employees look like they'd rather be anywhere but there, and their attitude reflects it, not to mention nobody stays long enough to work a full pay period because of how horribly this franchise specifically is run. The Thunderbird location isn't any better, save for maybe a couple of people who still manage to put life in their voice, and the owner of the whole Operation is so separated from the situation, nobody in the upper echelons of either store know how to get ahold of him directly. Absolutely shameful."
