"I’ve been coming here for TWENTY YEARS, and the management never even says a friendly “hello”. The manager or whoever he is a tall, I think French/italian doesn’t even acknowledge me. And TODAY I tried to assist with a “situation” that happened nearby and he was so RUDE and didn’t even come to apologize. My husband and my family have consumed THOUSANDS of dollars here! We will NOT be coming here again unless they beg Brian who was THE BEST, to come and work here again. We have see the revolving door of employees here and this experience today was SO DISAPPOINTING and DEMORALIZING since we have been true blue patrons for over two decades. The wait staff they had before they had a massive turnover is a reflection of poor management. I have consistently loved coming here but I won’t be back again, unless they make a change"
