"We had a such a great evening! Parker was a great server who was engaging and fun to chat with. He was quick to bring food, refill our glasses and had great recommendations. He also engaged my kids and asked them about their sports since we were coming from games. We will be back! We highly appreciated his recommendation for the skillet cookie as we wouldn’t have picked it otherwise but it was by far our new favorite….even beating out our love for the Chocolate Thunder!"

"Nothing good can come from this. Positive, manager visited many tables including ours that night. Negative, manager never came back when we needed him. Food was served cold and steaks were cooked incorrectly for 2 of the 4 at our table. Sent 1 back. Waited 20 min for refire. Entire table was done when I got my food and it was rare. I order it medium. Fatty horrible cuts of meat or paper thin cut? For 30.00 you shouldn't be serving things that look like this. Also, this entire restaurant is on a diet. Smallest portions I have ever seen. Want cheese on your salad here a 3 tiny strings. Want ranch here is half a ramican for 4 people. Loaded potato...where?? Had to ask for more butter just to eat it. Side of sour cream...if your lucky! Would not return, will not ever recommend and if you do...I told you so! One of the worst resturant experiences ever...literally ever. Service, well their on a new system so good luck getting drink refills, your table bussed or anything you need during the meal. Dry nasty mac n cheese. Just noodles and breadcrumbs ...no cheese at all. Expect to be rushed to order everything and never see that person again.... failing! Service is poor and I usually never say that. Literally the best thing about this meal was leaving! It only sucks that it costs 300.00! Not worth it at all. You have been warned! Worst outback location ever.. in the history of bad restaurants this one takes the cake! Oh and we were celebrating a birthday... was never mentioned.."

"Always great food! But I was most impressed by how they were tonight when I called and asked if they could make sure that my meal was milk and soya free! The staff I spoke to were so nice about it. They had marked everything several times to ensure that it did not come into contact. They even let us know without asking what they had, that was milk and soya free. Although I'm not allergic, either I'm still my 4 months old, which is allergic to both, I had to give them up to continue our BF journey. So thank you for being so kind and courteous. Because of you, I was able to eat my first restaurant since I both gave up. The best thing was that I could trust you."

"On arrival the hostess greeted us nicely and seated us promptly. Waiter was slow coming but was friendly, took and drink orders and returned shortly with our drinks. Never saw him again. After 45 minutes and having no one come to our table, we checked with hostess on what was happening. She checked and food arrived shortly. I order Caesar salad and the salad was absolutely floating in dressing. Really. It was saturated to the point I couldn’t eat it. I know restaurants are having tough times. Food costs and staffing. But the restaurant was maybe 20% full. A formula of high prices and very poor service has predictable results. I doubt this Outback will survive the recession."

"The food was outstanding and the guy that assisted me was not only polite and funny but also offered me something to drink while I waited in the car for my order. I had the bone in porterhouse with baked potatoe and Cesar salad and an order of the Sydney Shrooms (fried mushrooms). The steak was cooked perfectly medium like I requested and shrimp cream sauce topping was the perfect compliment. The mushrooms by itself were off the chain… my son ordered the new Twisted ribs and said they fell of the bone and were delicious. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because they gave me the wrong order and I didn’t realize it until I got back home in Harker Heights (Skiptch). NOW I normally would knock off two stars for that type of mixup but two things: 1 The wrong order that I got had the same last name as mine and 2 I should’ve checked the order like my wife always stressed that I do. Bottom line, the food was AMAZING!"

"we called in and sat right away. the waiter was attentive. that was the only positive experience of this trip. we settled at 6:15 o'clock, ordered our food at 6:20 and at 7:15 some of our food came out. my rib eyes came well made, medium was rarely ordered. the steak itself was less than 1/4” thick and the kartoffels smeared as if they were sitting under the heat lamp for hours. our sons eating came half finished and we were told that his pommes were still in the frit. he was freezing. around 7:25 he hadn't had any fries yet. hubs ordered medium-sized sirloin and grilled garnel, fresh vegetables and rice. He didn't even get his garnel and his sirloin was so carburized that it looked like a hockey puck. we will not be back soon. Yes, they have composed our whole meal, which was left all the unleashed on the table. even our waiter said he wasn't happy if he were us."

"my friend, I've been sitting here on the way to home from new hampshire for dinner because we've always loved outback, unfortunately we haven't got any more in our opposite. our server jorge was great! he was very attentive to our needs, kept our drinks replenished, helped as my friend son spilled his water on the table was great to get us what we needed. that was great. the only criticism I have is that my steak was not properly cooked. I order medium good, my steak came **** hard to cut. jorge even brought it back to be cooked more, but it was still undercooked. I just boxed it to bring it home for my son who likes his steak medium rarely. that was great. I think that's a problem with the kitchen staff. jorge provide excellent service because I would return here if in the opposite!"

"After spending our last wedding anniversary in the hospital recovering from triple bypass surgery, my spouse and I were hoping to celebrate our 35th anniversary in a memorable way. We decided to dine at Outback of Aiken. The manager, Roger, stopped by our table to greet us and we shared the reason for our visit. He surprised us with a delightful dessert - a slice of cheesecake with caramel sauce and a strawberry on top, accompanied by chocolate-covered strawberries and whipped cream. We were incredibly grateful for the exceptional treatment, scrumptious food, and excellent service. We will definitely be returning to Outback of Aiken in the future!"

"We made a last-minute decision to dine at this restaurant. We were told the wait would be 25 minutes, which we found to be reasonable for a Saturday night, so we waited. We were seated at the bar within 15 minutes, and John was our server. He was fantastic! He was very friendly and efficient. The quality of service is important to us, and the food did not disappoint either! Everything was outstanding. I highly recommend trying the blackberry lavender lemonade, it was delicious! The Aussie Fries were also very tasty!"

"I haven't been to this place yet. I am absolutely amazed by the perfection of food, taste and preparation... Service is sucked! I don't know if it was the first day of our server, he was nice, but for the love of Pete, no peanuts, false drinks twice what we asked, wait for ever and ask you 3 or 4 times before we got it... But of course, we don't even check out, and got before we could order dessert or coffee. The place was not packed, so I felt like he had no excuse... I've tipped the guy like we're usually against my hub wishes, but I think next time we're in Crystal Lake, we'll definitely get our business elsewhere. Such a shame, food was excellent!"

"My wife and I decided to go out for dinner. Our server (Tracy) was incredible and provided exceptional service. My wife had the classic prime rib (medium) with sweet potato and salad. I had the 8oz filet (medium rare) with mashed potatoes and salad. Our drinks were refilled and used dishes were removed expeditiously. Tracy was working hard providing for her tables and it didn't go unnoticed that she was providing the same exceptional service to each table. I highly recommend this Outback!"
