"I ordered my food through Uber and to get home to hair being in it is a huge disappointment. I contacted the restaurant for a refund and they are refusing to do so. They manager claimed it was impossible for hair to be in the food and acted as if I was lying. I drove 45 mins to return the food and what do I find…you guessed it! Not a single worker wearing a hair net. The manager then proceeds to act as if he doesn’t understand that I am requesting my money back and then threatens to call the police. (Not because I’m being unreasonable or disorderly, simply because I want a refund) Imagine my frustration. It’s sickening that they denied any fault with the hair being in my food then you try and bully me to leave by threatening to call the police. Don’t eat here unless you want to be burdened by a company that values money more than their integrity and relationships. The food isn’t edible but somehow I’m suppose to pay anyway and then get bullied when I want a refund. Just sickening!"
