"1. Once in a Korean BBQ. I was surprised to see most of the tables have small cooking grills installed in the middle. (I really feel out of touch! Am I the only person who doesn't know that? So you can choose to sit at one of these tables or sit at a normal table and choose items cooked in the kitchen. The whole thing was a great experience. I thought it was pretty cool when our server brought small tasting dishes of typical things that Koreans enjoy as a companion with their meal. If you choose one, you can request more. We started with Yangyeom wings. (Spicy Wing) It was a unique taste. We also got japchae (glass noodle dish with vegetables and ribeye with soy sauce and Dolsot Bibimbop (meat and vegetables served over crispy rice in a stone bowl embroidered with a fried egg). Man, that's a lot of delicious food. Thanks to our wonderful server Rebekah. She really helped us to educate how to navigate the menu and select a great meal. She was great!"
