"I went to Maiwand after the theater. The food looked great and smelled wonderful. Unfortunately, I never received my food. My friend received hers and I waited. I asked two different times why I had not received my meal and finally got someone who said they would check on it. More waiting so I finally went to the cashier. By this time, my friend had almost finished her lunch (I had asked her to go ahead so her lamb would not get cold. I finally just asked for my money back. The cashier was, in my opinion, very rude to me. She said that my meal was almost ready. I said that my friend had finished her lunch and we were ready to leave so please just refund my money. She gave me no apology and she did not refund all of my money. I basically paid to just sit and watch someone else eat. It was a very poor experience and no customer service."
