"I used to enjoy coming here, but twice already I 've had the chicken sandwich be uncooked.This last time, I was appalled at the lack of attention to basic food safety standards in the kitchen as the chicken was literally pink. Consuming undercooked chicken poses serious health risks, and it is utterly unacceptable for a supposedly reputable establishment to serve such a dangerous dish to its customers.While I appreciate the server 's friendly demeanor and attempts to make my dining experience pleasant, I cannot overlook the fact that the manager 's response was nothing short of gaslighting. Instead of acknowledging the issue and rectifying it, the manager had the audacity to claim that the chicken was cooked as it was thigh meat , even though it was clearly pink and raw.As a customer, I expect honesty and accountability from the restaurant staff, particularly when it comes to matters of food safety. To be met with denial and gaslighting only adds insult to injury. If they had apologized and taken accountability, I would not have thought less of the restaurant, but the gaslighting is what really threw me off."
