"We go here every other weekend and for good reason. The food is great and the customer service is even better. We have placed an order recently and went to pick it up. It turned out there was an issue with the tickets, I think the machine wasn't printing properly. These things happen, so I said it's okay, take your time. I was approached by an employee there shortly after and was given some coupons for discounts on my next order. This was all done without even asking or complaining. On top of that the food got to me fast, even when they were behind. They went above and beyond and that is why I'll be a returning customer for a long time."
