"After being seated with our baby in my lap for five minutes, I had to wait even longer for him to come close enough for me to request a high chair. It took another ten minutes for him to return and take our drink order, and throughout our time there, he remained rude and curt. I noticed other families leaving visibly upset; one group waited so long for their bill that they had to go to the counter to ask for it. While the father took the kids outside, the mother was left waiting for an additional five minutes.
To top it all off, the food tasted as though it had come from dirty cooking surfaces. The toast had the flavor of a grimy toaster, and my omelette tasted burnt. If people are choosing to spend their hard-earned money at your restaurant, at the very least, they deserve a decent experience. This was our family’s first visit, and it's safe to say we won’t be returning."
