"I used to love this place, but not anymore. I went there yesterday to treat myself to lunch. There was no air conditioning on a 98 degree day. The person who took my order didn't take any notice that I ordered a Thai iced coffee (which apparently isn't on the menu). Instead I received NO drink, not even the water I had asked for. I ordered a chicken Banh Mi sandwich, which came with hardly any chicken. And when it was delivered to my table, the server just threw it down without any comment, didn't give me a napkin or utensils, and didn't ask me if there was anything else I needed (another patron actually gave me napkins so I could start to eat my sandwich). When I finally got the server's attention, she made my request for my drink seem like an imposition, and asked for my drink order by shouting across the restaurant. Sitting and sweltering in a place with bad customer service no thanks."
