"They have the best tomato basil soup! Zupas is one of my absolute favorite places to eat!! Everything that I have tried so far is incredible!! If I could eat somewhere everyday, it would be here. Plenty of variety and always delicious, I never leave hungry.My favorites are the tomato basil soup, honey bacon club, and it's a tie for the salads between the strawberry harvest and bbq chicken.I did a drive up order to pick up, the only downside was that the spaces for that are for curbside pick up was being used as long term parking in one stall and I had to wait for the other car to leave to use the second stall. Obviously not the restaurants fault people are using the pick up parking spots as regular parking, just inconvenient for everyone else. Be respectful people!!"

"I wouldn’t normally post this one star but the last three times I’ve been here with mobile order they are waaaaaay late to it. Got here at the time the order was going to be ready and they said that it was “a few down the line” which is on average 20 mins behind. Happy to replace this one star if the service here changes but they just have not done anything to adjust to online ordering. If it continues like this they should just shut down mobile ordering instead of everything being so late."

"I know this location is still new, which is why I didn't give it 1 star, but I really hope they get better. I've ordered twice, and all the food both times had incorrect or missing ingredients (some of which cost extra amd didn't get included). It's really frustrating because I can see the same order slip they used to make the order (they tape it to the box) and it includes exactly what I ordered, but it's like they didn't even read it."

"Food is always good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. But in the evenings when I've gone, now three times, the dining area is a mess. The garbage is literally overflowing, and many tables have trays from previous customers piled up. I don't understand, there are plenty of employees, but apparently none are assigned to clean the dining area. It's disappointing, because I really like the food, and like I said, the staff is great. "First got exposed to Zupas food while working at this location. Was very quickly converted, and the manager of this spot is personable and energetic. Tell him I say hi if you head in. My personal favorite is the Mediterranean protein bowl and some roasted red pepper and lobster soup, with three or four dashes of tapatio. You get a lot of food for your money, which is great. Only complaint is that the desserts are so-so. Almost everything else on the menu is great."

"Me and my Husband were the ONLY people in this location at 9, they had over 5 staff members working.. yet still sent me home without half my meal. I am very upset with this location, everytime I order takeout let alone dining in, there is always a mistake.
