"My order: -Spring rolls (happy hour) -Fried Chicken Bao -Okonomiyaki Fries -Dan Dan Noodles -Soto Sake -Paloma We sat outside, which was wonderful. The Paloma was okay (we were just glad they could make another tequila drink). But the sake was very good! (I always go with a Junmai Daiginjo). The spring rolls were super tasty and not too much food for an app (5 rolls). Out of the Baos, I believe you can’t go wrong with the Fried Chicken: crispy, good sauce, fluffy buns, and the pickle perfectly brought it all together. The Okonomiyaki fries were very fun! Great app for the table. But the Dan Dan Noodles took the cake! If there is anything on the menu that you must try, it’s the noodles. Great, great job. And paying with the QR code was super quick and easy! Loved the experience!"

"Edit: We went back and tried again and it was great. Excellent food. Really nice crowd and good reception. We will return. Owners clearly take feedback seriously and address issues. Walked in at 6:30pm excited to try the place. We were lackadaisically greeted and asked if we had a reservation. We said no and the waitress sighed and began to look around the empty place for seats for us (again, there were maybe only 3 tables seated in the entire place). Upon selecting a spot, we were told brusquely we needed to finish by 8pm. No reason why, no hey, we have a party later. Then the waitress walks off. It was so rude and such a mood killer we walked out and went to an awesome Peruvian place next door. With so many options available in the city I recommend skipping those that are outright unpleasant to new guests."

"This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, the most brilliant thing I've ever tasted in my whole life. The best dishes I've ever laid my eyes upon. As soon as I took a single bite of the fresh, hot cuisine, my taste buds felt like they were in heaven. The service was very pleasant as well. The staff were the nicest people I've ever met in my entire life. They made sure that the food I ordered was served very quickly. The atmosphere is homey, simple, yet the most beautiful and satisfying thing I've ever felt. I love this place."

"On a beautiful summer evening we were looking for a new place with outdoor seating to try to stumble over the Uzbekistan restaurant on a best list and to the northeast for dinner. So glad we did: very enjoyed sitting on the covered terrace* and tasting as many dishes as we could. A number of families were to eat and you could say there were a number of regular enjoying large pitches of Compot with BYO mix-ins. Some highlights: The pickled green tomatoes on the Pickled Vegetables plate were from this world! Also unforgettable, the potatoes Vareniki (small potato dumplings similar to Pierogies), the lamb Kebab, the Pilaf Uzbekistan and the honey cake. Although there was a bit of a trip from Center City, there was plenty of parking in the parking area around the back, and the food was worth the trip. *Open windows leave both the breeze and a fair amount of traffic noise from Bustleton Avenue."
